Douglas Leslie Garner

Douglas Leslie Garner, 59, of Hendersonville, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023. A native of Columbus, Georgia, he was the son of the late Donald and Ellen Beck Garner.

A retired carpenter and contractor, he had enjoyed working at Lowes and previously at Home Depot, as he helped other people with their home projects.  He also loved helping his friends with woodworking projects, especially tables using epoxy and other specialty materials. Keeping up with Wall Street had become a fun hobby for him as well.

His loving survivors include his wife, Joanne T. Garner; his brother, Donald Garner (Lorraine) and sister Donna Garner; and step-sons Christian R. Talley (Amy), and Shane Talley (Tanya).
