Thomas Graham Morris

Brevard - Thomas "Graham" Morris, 23, of Brevard went home to be with Lord on June 6, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital in Asheville, NC.

He was a son of Jerry Morris and Aleisa Wright both of Brevard, NC.

He was a member New Hope Baptist Church, Brevard and a 2003 graduate of Brevard High School. He also attended Blue Ridge Community College. His passion and hobby was being able to be outdoors and fishing. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother; Joan R. Wright and paternal grandparents; James L. and Georgia Mae Morris.

"Graham" was a loving husband, son, brother and uncle. He touched many lives during his life. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 8 months, Candace S. Morris of Brevard, two sisters; Cortni Morris of Brevard, Devin Morris of Simpsonville, SC, Maternal Grandparents; Carroll and Barbara Wright of Clyde, NC, two nieces; Kassidie and Annaleigh, one nephew: Kayden, Mother and Father-in-Law; Rev. Randy Shuler and wife Tammy and Brother-in-Law; Dale Shuler of Brevard and step-mother; Diane Queen of Brevard.


Funeral services will be held Monday, June 8, 2009 at New Hope Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Randy Shuler officiating. Burial will follow at Big Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30PM to 1:45PM at the church.
