Sherry Wicker

Sherry Anne Wicker, 61 of Pisgah Forest NC passed away in her home Tuesday, November 21, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Frances Mishoe Wicker and the late Raymond Palmer Wicker.

She is survived by 15 year old daughter India Katherine Griffin of Cameron Park, CA and brother Michael Ray Wicker of Calabash NC.

Sherry graduated from Ragsdale High School in Jamestown NC. She has 2 masters, one in Child Development and Family Therapy at Eastern Carolina University and the other in Counseling Psychology at Rosebridge Graduate School of Integrative Psychology.
She worked as a family therapist with private practice in Brevard NC. She also worked as therapist in Colorado and California.

Sherry enjoyed working out, reading, her pet cats and going to the beach with friends and daughter.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Assembly of God's Word Church located at 152 Sparta Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659 with Rev. Tommy Mikeal officiating.
