Patricia Wagi

Patricia Barber Wagi, 82, of Mills River, NC, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday, August 3, 2019.  In addition to her parents Edna Mae (Vining) and Edward “Skeet” Barber, she was also preceded in death by her brothers James Leon and Edward “Bo” Allen Barber.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Gilbert G. Wagi; sons Rolland (Norma) Hyatt, Keith Hyatt, and Gilbert (Julie) Wagi; daughters Marie (Tom) Green, and Susan (Byron) Mason; and many Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.

She was a dedicated Christian and long-time member of Pisgah Forest Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She enjoyed reading, shopping, and thrift stores.

She will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Pisgah Forest Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the Memorial Service.  A reception for friends and Family will be held at the church following the service.
