Marjorie Edens

Marjorie Cantrell Edens, 88, of Brevard, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016. A native of Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late C.E. and Irene McMinn Cantrell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Daniel Edens; and her brothers C.E. Cantrell, Jr., John William Cantrell and Mac Davis Cantrell.
Mrs. Edens loving survivors include her son Thomas Kimberly Edens and wife Cynthia; grandson Jared M. Edens and his wife Jaqui; granddaughter Haley Danielle Lotspeich and husband Cory; and great-granddaughter Gracyn C. Edens and great-grandson Raines J. Lotspeich; sister Mary Grimmet and husband Lamar and sister-in-law Linda Cantrell.
A Memorial Service for Marjorie Edens will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Brevard First United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Holder and rev. Lauren Sims-Salata officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her name to Brevard First United Methodist Church at 325 North Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712.
