James Gravley

James Joshua "Josh" Gravley, 40, of Brevard, NC, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at his residence.

He attended Brevard High School. He worked in the heating and cooling industry for over 20 years. For the last 2 years he was a service technician for Holly Mechanical in Jackson County. He loved his work so much that he even volunteered for additional work to help his fellow workers.

He is survived by his father, James R. Gravley, if Brevard, NC, his mother, Brenda Hardin Gravley Aykroyd of Penrose, NC, his son, Bryn Cowart of TN, one sister, Ameran Javan Lee Gravley of Etowah, NC, four brothers, Corey and Weston Gravley of Penrose, NC, Cody Aykroyd of Penrose, NC, Dustin Aykroyd of Murphy, NC, one niece, Arianna Stribling, and one nephew, Dallas Roberson. A special thank you to his "Holly" work family, who loved him as their own.

Josh loved spending time with his family, he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed collecting guns.
