Helen Davison

Helen Marie Davison, 93, of Pisgah Forest passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016. A native of York, Nebraska, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith Holm Mohler. Sharing these last days with her is her husband, Harold LaVerne Davison. Together they moved to Pisgah Forest in 1990 after having lived in Alaska and California.
She loved music and studied music as a young lady. She would go on to sing with the "Melody Bells" in San Diego.
While raising her children, she desired to always point them toward Jesus while being an example of Christianity to them.
In addition to her husband, other survivors are her sister, Frances Meyer; her children: Judy Green, Jerry Martenson, Jann Martenson, Jayme Martenson and Melvin Davison; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
A Life's Celebration will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Life Spring Wesleyan Church in Etowah.
