Hazel Mcclure

Hazel Miller McClure, 102, of Brevard, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Life Care Center in Hendersonville, NC. A native of Haywood County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Edgar and Mary Mull Miller. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Conward Leon McClure; her brothers Mack Miller, Ray Miller, Gordon Miller and Floyd Miller and her sisters Hauldeen Miller, Ruby Turner, Faye Norris and Pearl Page; great-grandson Daniel Talley and son-in-law Eddie Paxton.
She is survived by her daughters Deane Aiken and Patsy Paxton; grandchildren Sam Cudd, Vic Cudd, Debbie Queen and Jeff Paxton; great-grandchildren Tyler Paxton, Colby Paxton, Chaz Paxton and Sarah Cudd; nephew Stanley Turner; and close friends Lilliah Staton and Freda Frisbee.
Graveside Services for Mrs. McClure will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory with Rev. Jayson Rogers officiating.
