Harriett St. John

Harriett A. St. John, 89, of Pisgah Forest passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017. A Native of New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred Sanford LaMotta. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles, and her loving husband, James.
She was the Administrator at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brevard for more than 15 years Prior to that, she was the administrative assistant at Hazeltine Corp. for more than 20 years. She was also a Transylvania County Hospital volunteer.

Her loving survivors include sons Richard, Douglas and wife Karen, James and wife Annmarie, nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass for Mrs. St. John will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 10 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brevard with Fr. Carl DelGuidice officiating.
