Gay Griffith

Gay Ellen Griffith, 57, of Brevard, passed away on October 28, 2016. A native of York County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Leland Dean and Beulah May Brooks Griffith. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brothers Leland Dean Griffith and Tommy Griffith and her sister Darlene Griffith Bailey.
She had a fun-loving personality and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Her loving survivors include her children Mitchell Griffith and wife Cassandra of Augusta, Georgia and her daughter Amanda Griffith of Augusta, Georgia; three grandchildren; sisters Diane Jenkins of Brevard, Linda Marie Newman of Lake Toxaway, Sharon Jean Gonzales and husband Oscar of Brevard; brothers Raymond Griffith of Brevard and Robin Bracken of Hendersonville; and her aunt Barbara Bracken of Hendersonville.
