Edith Mccall

Edith Green McCall, 68, of Brevard, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. A native of Jackson County, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Ed and Elizabeth West Green. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sisters Irene McCoy and Mary Butler and her brothers J.L. Green and Lawrence Green.

Her loving survivors include her husband, Emmett E. McCall; daughter Cynthia R. Shelton and husband Jeffery of Brevard; sisters Ruby Caroline Green of Horseshoe, NC and Helen McCall of Brevard; brothers Earl Green of Brevard, Shirl Green of Pisgah Forest, and Harold Green of Brevard; and grandchildren Bryanna Nicole Shelton, Skyler Dawn Shelton and Jasmyn Rose Shelton.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Green will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Balsam Grove. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service.
