Deborah Lynn Hoskyns

Deborah Lynn Hoskyns, 61, of Brevard, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Born in Tallahassee, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Harold and Connie Alice Perry Turner.

Deborah and her family moved to Brevard in the mid-1970’s when her family owned and managed The Colonial Inn. This began her 40 plus year career in customer service in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She truly loved helping her customers, many of whom became her friends.

A member of Cathey’s Creek Baptist Church, she loved being with her family, her children and grand-children, that made her eyes sparkle.

She is survived by her children, her son Thomas “Trey” Kitchen (Amanda) and her daughter Sawyer Kitchen (Chris O’Diear); her grandchildren: Carolina Kitchen, Daniel O’Diear and Christoper O’Diear; her brother Timothy Lewis Turner (Lisa) and her best-friend ‘sister’ Andrea Cantrell (John).
