Bruce Allen Eicher

Bruce Allen Eicher, 62, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on May 1, 2024. Born in Germany, he was the son of the late James and Bernice Zienfus Eicher. 

A United States Navy Veteran he was a member of Enon Baptist Church in Pisgah Forest. He loved his church and using his talents for the church and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was always willing to help others and use his gifts and talents. 

Bruce was a gourmet cook and he loved to sing. He was a compassionate man, a good friend and he loved his puppy, “Sunshine.” He really enjoyed taking care of his yard and his home. 

His loving survivors include his wife, Donna Eicher; step-sons: Joseph DeWayne (Laura) and James Michael (Kendra); and his granddaughter, Devyn.

 A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Enon Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Skinner officiating. Military Rites will be presented by the United States Navy and the Transylvania County Honor Guard.
