Barbara Witt

Barbara A. Witt, 77, of Brevard, NC, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at The Oaks of Brevard.  A native of Florida, she was a daughter of the late Johnnie Russell and Mildred Lawrence Allen.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell B. Witt, one son, Russell T. Witt, one brother, John B. Allen and one sister, Sandra McCracken.

Barbara retired from Dundee CGA.  She was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed being with her family and being taken out for dinner, reading and knitting.

She is survived by three sons, Donald Witt, Paul Worley, and Alfred Franklin Worley, one sister-in-law, JoAnn Black, one brother-in-law, Richard McCracken, three grandsons, Justin Worley, Travis Worley and Donnie Witt and two granddaughters, Heather and Trinity Witt, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6PM – 7PM, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Moore-Blanchard Funerals & Cremations.
