Aubrey "Orb" McCrary, 61, of Penrose, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at St. Joseph's Critical Care Unit in Asheville, NC. A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of Myrtle Hoxit McCrary and the late Louis Sherwood McCrary. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his nephew, Travis Lee Cox.
